Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number (optional) and team role.
• Team activity: collection rounds, income and expense entries, match schedules and attendance.
• Bank-transfer screenshots uploaded by members.
• Technical logs (IP address, access times) used for security.

2. How we use it

• To provide fund management, attendance and reminder features.
• To reconcile bank transfers automatically (see section 3).
• To secure accounts, detect fraud and support users.

We do not sell personal data and do not use team data for advertising.

3. AI processing

When AI reconciliation is enabled, the transfer screenshot and the details of the amount due (amount, payment code) are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude models) to extract and compare the information. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train models. AI results are suggestions for the team administrator only.

4. Infrastructure providers

Data is stored and processed by these providers: Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Anthropic (AI processing) and our email provider.

5. Retention & deletion

Data is kept for as long as the team uses the service. Team administrators can ask us to export or delete all of their team's data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data under Vietnam's personal data protection laws.
